This event is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku\, which means “forest bathing.” Forest Bathing is the intentional practice of slowing down and immersing oneself in the sights\, sounds\, smells\, and sensations of the natural world in order to restore wellbeing and deepen our relationship with nature. While walking at a relaxed pace and seated\, a series of guided invitations will awaken the senses bringing personal connection to the land.
