Meeting to be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 12:00 – 1:30 PM at the Sonoma Community Center, 276 East Napa Street, Sonoma.

California State Parks, Jack London Park Partners and Team Sugarloaf welcome and encourage the general public to attend an annual meeting to discuss the operating agreement for Jack London Park Partners and Team Sugarloaf. There will be a review of highlights of the accomplishments and challenges of park operations over the last year.

Closure of Jack London State Historic Park in 2011 was avoided via an operating agreement authorized by AB 42, in which non-profit organizations stepped in to keep the treasured State Park lands and facilities in Sonoma, Mendocino and Marin County open to visitors. The annual public meeting is a required component of the operating agreement, as specified in the authorizing legislation.
