Need some extra time to prep for that Thanksgiving meal? Kids a little stir crazy over the break? We’ve got you covered at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park with our upcoming Thanksgiving Break Day Camp. Join the Sugarloaf Staff and SEC Education staff for two days of fun, learning, and outdoor activity at our 4000-acre state park!

Based on our Summer Creek Camp, we plan on having nature hikes and learning activities all about the creatures of the park. We will end each day with a closing circle with some possible seasonal treats! The camp will be based out of the Visitors Center. November 22-23 Time: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost: $100, or $75 for Sonoma Ecology Center members or for a second child from the same family. For ages 8 to 12.

*We look forward to joining together in person and engaging with youth once again, off-screen and in-nature. However, given the uncertainties of our public health guidelines, our camps will be continually evolving. We will abide but whatever our scientists and medical experts deem as safe for in-person meetings when the camps start this summer. At this time we are limiting the sign-ups for this camp to no more than 22 participants.
