Everything that lives in Sugarloaf Ridge State Park has a strategy for surviving fire, including our amazing salamanders. Please join Sonoma Ecology Center biologist Dr. Dan Levitis for a moderate walk starting at the Visitor Center, and learn to find and photograph our amphibious friends. If possible, please load the iNaturalist app on your mobile device and create an account beforehand. Event limited to 12 participants. Parking fees apply, rain cancels only if heavy. We will observe social distancing and mask-wearing in compliance with County Health orders.
