Bugs can be an indicator of healthy creeks!
Join Sugarloaf docents Daniel Levitas and Melissa Roberts in this hands-on tour of aquatic insects at the park. We will spend time in and around the creek identifying and learning about bugs in the upper Sonoma Creek watershed. Wear shoes that can get wet, and bring sun protection, drinking water, and a creekside snack. We won’t hike much, but will be scrambling up and down rocks and branches. Meet at the Visitor Center.
